“I noted the hotel's restaurant and the attentive staff, especially Penny and Verity, who seemed to make a real difference to guests' experiences. Details like homemade cookies and room upgrades add a personal touch, and practicalities such as free parking and a comfortable bed are certainly a plus. Overall, it seems to be a welcoming place with a focus on good service.”
